LusterBoard is one of our premium printing surfaces and is comparable to Dibond in that it consists of two thin sheets of aluminum bonded to either side of a lightweight core. In this scenario, the core is constructed of layers of pressed hardwood and high end plywood. The aluminum surfaces are factory finished with a polyester coating for photograph quality clarity and color vibrancy. This surface definitely makes a high-impact statement. It is warp and rust resistant and LusterBoard's composite interior makes it lightweight and easily movable compared to sheet aluminum or normal grade plywood.
LusterBoard has a smooth, durable aluminum veneer that provides an ideal surface for direct digital printing. Our waterproof UV-cured inks are top of the line so you will get impressive results and a product that will last for years without fading. 1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area ot upload your files.
2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
